Club Notes

TANSEY CUP
Well done to our adult men, sponsored by Joe Simon Home, Garden & Build, who recorded two league wins over St Barry's at the weekend.
On Friday evening in Ardcarne Park, the Tansey Cup team had 9pts to spare on a final scoreline of 1-16 to 1-7, while on Sunday morning in Tarmonbarry, the Division 5 team went one better, winning by 3-17 to 1-13.
Shannon Gaels are the next visitors to Ardcarne Park in the Division 5 League on Friday 19th May, with throw-in at 8pm.
UNDERAGE BOYS
Well done to our u18 boys who produced a strong second half performance in Elphin on Thursday evening taking the spoils on a final scoreline of St Michael's-St Ronan's 1-8 Elphin-Ballinameen 1-7.
Our under 16 Division 4 boys finished their league campaign on Friday last with another competitive showing away to Kilglass Gaels-St St Barry's, narrowly losing by 3-13 to 2-13.
Meanwhile our u14 boys secured a place in the league semi-finals on Friday with a win away to Tulsk.
This week, our u14 boys host Elphin-Ballinameen in Ardcarne Park on Tuesday, while the u18 boys play Strokestown away on Wednesday, both at 7.30pm. Best of luck to all our teams.

First Holy Communion
Best of luck to all of the boys and girls making their First Holy Communion on Saturday 20th May,
CONNACHT MINOR CHAMPIONSHIP
We wish the best of luck to Ruadhan Henry and Shane O'Dowd and the Roscommon under 17 panel and management as they face Mayo in the Connacht Minor Championship Semi-final in Castlebar at 7pm on Friday evening (19th May).
