St. Michaels is a rural GAA Club based in North County Roscommon with it's home ground at Ardcarne Park. The Club colours are Green and Red.

Weekly Update
The Intermediate Team journey in the 2013 Roscommon Intermediate Championship came to an end on Sunday last in Strokestown against Boyle. St Michael's playing against the strong wind in the first half missed two frees in the first two minutes of the game. Boyle then opened the scoring with a point. By the mid way point of the first half Boyle led by 0-05 to no score. Liam Conlon broke through the centre and registered St Michael's first score of the match with a point. Boyle then scored a well worked goal. St Michael's replied with a Ronan Martin free. Boyle added a further four points, while another Ronan Martin free and a point from play by Alan O Hara ended the first half scoring. Half Time Score St Michael's 0-04 Boyle 1-09. St Michael's got the dream start to the second half when Niall Conlon collected a long ball behind the Boyle full back line and placed it in the corner of the net. Boyle replied with two points and by the mid way mark of the second half the score line read St Michael's 1-04 Boyle 1-11. A point from Ronan Martin and a free from Ronan Cox narrowed the Boyle lead to five with eight minutes to play. In this period St Michael's missed two frees and then a point from a free for Boyle extended their lead. Boyle added a further two points while Ronan Cox scored a point from play to end this County Semi Final. Final Score St Michael's 1-07 Boyle 1-14. The Club would like to thank all the players and management team for their dedication through out the year in League and Championship. The Club would also like to thank the large group of supporters who made the trip to Strokestown.
The U21 Championship starts on Saturday next, the 21st of September where St Michael's play against St Ronan's at Ardcarne Park at 5.00pm.
The U14 Boys Team were defeated by St Croan's in Enfield in the Div 3 U14 Championship on Thursday last. They play Kilbride at Ardcarne Park on Thursday next at 6.30pm.
Training for U6s, U8s and U10s on Friday next, the 20th of September 2013 at Ardcarne Park from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
The U14 Girls Team defeated Shannon Gaels at Ardcarne Park in a re fixed Championship game on Wednesday last at Ardcarne Park. They now play Kilglass in the Quarter Final of the Championship which maybe fixed for next weekend. Check fixtures for details.
The U12 summer League continues this week. The Green Team meet Clan na nGael A at Ardcarne Park in the U12 Summer League Group C on Friday at 6.30pm. The Red Team play Padraig Pearses B in Group F on Sunday next at 11.30am.
Training for U21, U14, U12 Boys and U12 and U14 Girls during the week. Coaches will notify.
The Lotto draw is in Henry's Bar, Cootehall on Sunday next for a Jackpot of € 8,000.00.
The Club host the County U8 Go Games Blitz on Saturday next at 11.00am. Teams from St Faithleach, Oran and Tulsk will attend.
The U10 Team were out on Saturday last in the U10 County Go Games Blitzs at Tulsk. The U10 Team are grouped in Group C, with games against St Faithleach, Oran and Tulsk.
The Club are holding a mini Scrap and Battery collection on Saturday next. If you have any items for collection contact any Club Officer or Member.
