Our senior team had a
successful evening against Roscommon Gaels, in front of good home support they
exhibited great determination and team work to come out with a comprehensive
win. We would like to thank Brenda Sweeney and her young local musicians for beautifully
kicking off proceedings with the National Anthem and thanks to all who
stewarded and volunteered in any way. The pitch and facilities looked great. We
would also as a club like to wish a speedy recovery to Cathal McGuinness who
picked up an injury during the match.
