Our U12 Division 3 fought hard to the end to grind out a win over St. Faithleach’s in the summer league. They play Ballinameen/Elphin on Monday 10th in Elphin at 7pm.and away to Castlerea on Thursday 13th. The u12 Division 5 team play Boyle away on Wednesday 12th.
Our u14s played St Faithleachs in their semi-final on Thursday last. This was a very entertaining game where we got more scores than our opponents but still lost out in the end. This brings their competitive season to an end and the club thanks the U14 panel and their parents for all their help and support during the year.
Our u16s played their Division 2 semi-final playoff against St Aidans at home on Sunday last. Our opponents, who played in the Division 1 League earlier in the year were a strong team but nevertheless our lads battled to the end losing out on a scoreline of 5-8 to 0-7. The U16s are now in the Division 2 Shield final which will be played in the coming weeks.
