Weekly Update

The St Michael's GAA Club are holding a 10km fun walk, run and cycle on Sunday next, the 17th of February 2013. Commencing at Ardcarne Sports Complex at 2.00pm. Registration starting at 1.30pm. Fee is €10.00 per family and €5.00 per Adult.

Training continues for Minor and U16s players during the week. Minor league game is due to be fixed for next weekend, See fixtures for details.

The Intermediate Team are due to start their O Gara Cup League campaign on the weekend 23/24 of February 2013.

The Lotto draw is in Berne's of Battlebridge on Sunday next, the 17th of February 2013, for a jackpot of € 6,500.00. Annual Lotto subscription now available at €50.

Club membership is now due and must be paid by the 1st of March 2013.

Good Luck to St Brigid's in the Club All Ireland Semi Final in Mullingar on Saturday next, the 16th of February 2013 against Crossmaglen Rangers at 2.00pm.

Congratulations to Ciara Dowd and Katie Daly, who were part of the Carrick on Shannon Community School Junior Ladies Team who won the Connacht Junior Ladies schools' C Final against Davitt College, Castlebar in Ballinlough on Friday last, the 8th of February 2013.

Congratulations also to Club Players, Niall Conlon and Niall Bambrick, who were part of the Carrick on Shannon Community School Football Team who won the Corn Breifne against Ballinamore Post Primary School in Ballyhanuis on Tuesday, the 29th of January 2013.

Preparations are now under way for Sinsear Scór with in the Club. The County Finals are scheduled to take place on 29th March 2013 in Elphin Community and Sports Centre at 8.00pm. For more details contact any Club Officer.
