Weekly Update

The Lotto draw was held in the Moorings, Knockvicar on Sunday last,
the 3rd of February 2013, for a jackpot of € 6,400.00. The numbers
drawn were 6, 8, 11, 17. There was no Jackpot Winner, Five match 3
winners;, 5 x € 20; Tommy and Maura Noone, Derrycashel x2, Shane
Gillespie, Ballyfermoyle, Mayakla Heslin, Knockvicar and Laura Hyde,
Knockvicar. The next draw is in Beirnes of Battlebridge on Sunday, the
17th of February 2013, for a jackpot of € 6,500.00. Annual Lotto
subscription now available at €50. This subscription enter you into
the Twenty Six draws for the year.
The St Michael's GAA Club are holding a 10km fun walk, run and cycle
on Sunday the 17th of February 2013. Commencing at Ardcarne Sports
Complex at 2.30pm. Registration starting at 1.30pm. Fee is €5.00 per
person and U12s free.
Club membership is now due and must be paid by the 1st of March 2013.
A Club registration night will take place on Saturday Night next, the
9th of February 2013 at the Ardcarne Park Sports Complex between
7.30pm and 9.00pm.
Just a reminder that all underage players this year have to wear mouth
guards. This is compulsory under the rules of the GAA for 2013 from
the age of U18 down. The Club have information on whats available if

The Club Championship Draws for the Roscommon Intermediate and Junior
A Championships took place on Tuesday night last. the 29th of January
2013. In the Intermediate Championship, the Team is grouped with
Kilglass Gaels, Clann na nGael 'B' and neighbours St Ronan's. In the
Junior 'A' Championship, the Team is grouped with Padraig Pearses 'B',
Western Gaels 'B' and Ballinameen.
The Club extends its condolences to the family and relations of the
late Maura McGlynn (RIP), Clooncoose, especially her son Shane and
family, who are involved in the Club, also to Brenda Sweeney,
Kilteashin on the death of her Aunt Mary McDonagh (RIP), Riverstown
and to Fr Brian Conlon, Cootehall on the death of his Cousin, Brian
Gillespie (RIP), Sligo.
