UNDERAGE

The under 13 boys maintained their unbeaten start to the championship when they got their third win of the campaign on Tuesday in Ballyforan against St Aidan's on a 6-7 to 9pts scoreline. Their next game is at 6.45pm on Friday 19th in Ballyfarnon against Kilglass Gaels/St Barry's. 

 

Our under 15 boys recorded their first win in the Division 1 championship in Ballyfarnon on Thursday last with a hard-earned 1-11 to 1-4 victory over Clann na nGael. Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery to Jeffrey Oates who was injured during the game. 

Well done to the Division 4 team and management who continue to produce competitive performances against stronger sides. The next Division 4 game is on Sunday 21st in Tarmonbarry against Kilglass Gaels/St Barry's (time TBC).

 

The under 17s resume their championship against St Ciaran's on Wednesday 17th in Fuerty at 7.30pm.

Well done to all our underage players who represented Roscommon Development teams in various tournaments and blitzes at u14, u15 and u16 level recently. Congratulations to Ruadhan Henry and the Roscommon u16 team and management who won the O'Donovan Shield Final in Limerick on Saturday defeating the hosts by 9pts.

 

 

LGFA

 

The under 16 girls play Padraig Pearses away in their last round division 2 game on Tuesday evening.

 

The under 12 girls play Northern Harps away on Friday evening.

 

The Junior girls play Kilbride 2 in Ardcarne Park on Friday next 

 

The under 14 girls have qualified for the Division 1 B final which will be held on the 28th August.

 

There is a LGFA blitz for under 10 and under 8 in Ballyleague on Saturday the 27th
