Underage

Well done to St Michael's - St Ronan's Under 13 boys who got their championship campaign off to a great start on Sunday morning with a terrific 4pt victory over a gallant Oran side, turning over a seven point half-time deficit to win by 6-11 to 6-7.

 

St Michael's - St Ronan's Under 15 boys played two games in the Division 4 championship last week. While the results didn't go our way, the games were eagerly contested throughout and the development of individual players and the team is evident. Well done to all involved. The under 15s have their opening Division 1 championship match on Monday 18th at 7.45pm in Kilmore against Kilmore/Shannon Gaels.

 

Under 20

Our Under 20s opened their championship in sweltering heat at Ardcarne Park on Sunday against St Faithleach's. Great credit is due to both sides who produced a very entertaining hour of football with the result in the balance until the last few minutes  of the game, St Michael's emerging winners by 3-12 to 2-8. Their next game is away to Tulsk next weekend - date and time TBC.

 

 

Academy

Our U9 boys & girls enjoyed a great evening of football on Wednesday last against a St Ronans side and a Geevagh side, both of whom travelled to Cootehall to play in a blitz style evening of football. 

Thanks to all the St Michaels U9 players who took part, almost 30 in total and the parents who cheered them on.

A special thanks to St Ronans & Geevagh players & parents who travelled also.

Our under 10 girls play kilmore/ kilglass in Ardcarne Park on Monday at 7

 

Our under 12 girls play Shannon gaels on Wednesday at 7

 

Our under 19 girls play St Faithleach in Ardcarne Park on Thursday at 7

 

 

Gaelic for Mother's and Others

Gaelic for Mother's and Others training continues every Monday at 8.45 in cootehall. New players always welcome.

 

Lotto

The lotto draw took place in Sunday July 10th the jackpot was €4,500 numbers drawn: 9, 15, 26, 29.  

There was no Jackpot winner and two match three winners; M.A.E. Daly and Donal Kelly. The Next Draw is 24^th July  with a jackpot of €4,600. Thank you for your continued support.
