Well done to the Saints under 16 girls won their Division 3 A County Final on Sunday evening, a fantastic display of football by both teams.

 

Well done to the older under 12 girls who drew against Shannon Gaels in a hard fought game this evening. Good luck to the younger under 12 girls who play Michael Glaveys tomorrow.

The team worn their lovely new jerseys kindly sponsored by The Leitrim Inn & Blueway Lodge.

 

The Saints younger under 12 teams sponsored by Arigna Fuels play Michael Glaveys in Cootehall,

 

The Saints under 14 girls had a convincing win over St Ciarans in their second league game on Thursday last. They play Boyle in Ballyfarnon on Thursday evening.

 

Our Felie team qualified for the regional are playing on the 4th June on Clonbern pitch

 

Well done to Leah McCawley and Chloe mc Guinness  who were part of the County under 16 team that won the Connaught A Final in the Centre of Excellence  on Saturday.

 

All girls must be registered on Foireann, by the 31st May in order to train or play.

 

 Underage

There was no luck for our Under 15 boys who had two outings in Division 1 during the week, losing out to Castlerea and Roscommon Gaels after competitive and entertaining contests. Our understrength minors also lost to Castlerea last week.

The under 13 boys play Tulsk on Monday at 7pm in Ballyfarnon.

Junior

The junior men hosted Michael Glaveys in a Division 5 match on Sunday. In a lively open game with lots of good scores, a late burst from the visitors saw them clinch a 3pt win by 1-15 to 2-9.

Registration

Thank you to all who have paid your membership thus far. It is much appreciated. 

However, a substantial amount of people still have to pay membership, unfortunately players are not insured to train or play or use the facilities without valid membership which puts yourselves and the club at risk.

Therefore we are setting a deadline of the 31st of May for all membership to be paid on www.foireann.ie . After this date any one whose membership is not valid will be unable to participate in club activities. 

There will be no exceptions to this date.
