Congratulations

Congratulations to the Roscommon players and management on an exciting victory in the league final in Croke Park on Sunday, and also to the county ladies on their league triumph. Hopefully we will have more silverware to celebrate later this year!

LGFA

The older under 12 girls had their first match of the season away to St. Barry’s. The team played their hearts out coming back well with great determination after a slow start. Despite losing out in the end there are lots of positives to take from the game. Thanks to St. Barry’s for a great game. They play St. Faithleach at home on Sunday 10th April.
Good luck to the younger under 12 team who play their first game of the season tomorrow evening away to Clan na nGael II.
They play St Brigids at home on Monday the 11th

The under 16 girls had a very exciting game against Eire Og on Friday last they won by a single point, score line 4.08 Eire Og 4.09 St Michaels/ St Ronans

They play Padraig Pearses in Ardcarne Park on Sunday at 4pm

The Junior girls play Oran away on Sunday 10th April at 11.

Best of luck to Leah McCawley and Chloe McGuinness and the County under 16 team who play Mayo in the first Connacht game on Wednesday evening at St Croans pitch.

Well done to Roscommon ladies who beat Wexford by a point in the Divison 3 League final.

Underage

Well done to the St Michaels/St Ronans u17 boys who secured a 2nd league win last week after an entertaining game with St Dominic's. The St Michaels/St Ronans u15 boys had a great tussle with neighbours Kilmore/Shannon Gaels in their Division 1 clash on Thursday night in Ardcarne Park, with the spoils going to the visitors. Another busy week of underage activity lies ahead. The u17s are due to host St Faithleach's in Ardcarne Park on Monday at 7pm (TBC). The u13s visit Kilglass also on Monday to take on the home side at 7pm. On Thursday, the u15s make the long journey to Woodmount to play Padraig Pearses in both Division 1 and Division 4 (times to be confirmed).
