Our U.10's reached the final of the Murphy Cup in Kilglass only to be beaten by 2pts by Tulsk. Well done to the players and parents for their committment throughout the year, also to the management team of Michael Regan, Mick Regan, Ronan Harney and Aileen Daly. U.10 training has finished for this season. Huge thanks to Kilglass GAA for the invitation and for organising this tournament.
The U.12 team will be taking part in the Sean Duignan tournament in Croghan next weekend.
The U.14 team had a good win in the Garda Cup against Kilglass/St. Barrys on a scoreline of 1 14 to 2 02.
The Intermediate Team suffered a defeat in Ardcarne Park on Saturday evening last against a very strong Michael Glaveys team.
The lotto took place in Beirnes of Battlebridge on Sunday 11th October, five E20 winners were David Noone, Pat Heslin, Seamus McShera, Corcoran family Clooncruffer, Michael & Pauline Lavin. New jackpot is E4,400 and the next draw takes place next Sunday night in the Bogside with Padraig Hunt's team in charge of ticket sales.
