Weekly Update

Well done to the U.12's who reached the semi-final of the annual Shane Brennan tournament in Clonguish at the weekend. The panel played really well with wins over Annaduff, Fenagh, and Shannon Gaels before losing out in the semifinal by a point to Mohill.
Once again thanks to Clonguish for inviting us.


The U.13's lost out to St. Faithleachs in the U.13 Feile competition on Saturday last.

The U.10's are taking part in the Kevin Hanley Cup next weekend having won it in 2013 and 2014 . Players are asked to be at Kilglass Pitch on Saturday next at 10.30 am. Best of luck to all.

Well done to A. Tiernan, J. Harte and O. Charles who were part of the Carrick on Shannon Community College First year Football team that won the Leitrim Schools First Year Blitz.

There are just two weeks left in the Clothes Collection, please leave any unwanted bags of shoes, clothing etc at the Gaa Grounds.

Well done to Fiachra Henry who was part of the Co U.14 team who had a win over their Donegal counterparts on Saturday last.

Congratulations to local girls Katie Daly, Ciara Dowd, Sorcha Bruen and Catherine Flynn who have reached the Connacht Final with Shannon Gaels Ladies after beating Eastern Harps, best of luck to them in the final.

Classes starting in Ardcarne Community Centre (at GAA pitch) suits all ages with no level of fitness required. Starting Monday 2nd November Kettlebells @ 7pm& Circuits @ 7.45pm . St. Michael's wishes to extend its condolences to the Keneghan family, Cashel Carrick on Shannon, on the death of Xavier Keneghan RIP.
