On Sunday next, the 9th of August 2015, St Michael's return to Intermediate championship action, where they will play against St Dominic's in Round 4 of the Championship in the Orchard Park, Elphin at 6.00pm. Please support the team.
On the under age front, the U12 team had a good win against Kilbride in the U12 Div 2 Summer League on Monday last, 27th of July 2015 in Kilbride, Final score; St Michael's 3-14 Kilbride 3-04. They now play against Castlerea on Friday next, the 7th of August 2015 at 7.30pm in Ardcarne Park.
The U10 team have an U10 football blitz on Saturday next, 08th of August 2015 at 11.00am in Ballinlough.
Training continues for all Underage Teams during the week, Parents will be notified by text.
On the Ladies football front, Training for U.14/15 continues this week.
The U12 team have a break for the coming weeks.
Hard luck to the Roscommon U16 Ladies team, who were defeated by one point in the All Ireland on Wednesday last, the 29th of July 2015.
Hard luck also to the Rocommon senior ladies, who bowed out of the Intermediate Championship to Sligo.
St. Michael's GAA are running a Skills Day for All Underage Players on Saturday the 5th of September 2015 at Ardcarne Park. This has been rescheduled from the 15th of August 2015. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The clothes collection is ongoing and bags can be dropped at the complex or into the stand.
The lotto draw was in Beirnes of Battlebridge on Sunday last, 02 August 2015. The Jackpot was €3,900.00. More details next week.
The Club extends its sympathy to the Griffin Family, Glooria on their recent bereavements.
