Under 13
Our u13 boys have a busy week ahead with Division Four games
on Wednesday evening in Cootehall against Kilglass Gaels / St. Barry's, and on
Saturday morning in Ballyfarnon against Roscommon Gaels, and a Division Two
game on Monday 23rd at home to St. Dominic's.
Under 17
Our under 17 boys played their opening game of the
championship last Wednesday delivering an encouraging performance before losing
out to St Aidan's. This week they entertain St Ciaran's in Ballyfarnon on
Wednesday 18th at 7.30pm.
Roscommon u20s
All roads led to Croke Park on Sunday as a large
contingent of supporters from the parish turned out to support Fiachra Henry
and the Roscommon under 20s in the All Ireland Final. The dream didn't become
reality but we are no less proud of this talented group of players and their
management and We thank them for all the enjoyment they gave us this summer.
LGFA
Well done to our under 16 who won their county
final vs Four roads on Tuesday last
Well done to Leah McCawley, Carrie Earley and the
County Under 16 women who won the C Connacht title on Friday last.
Best wishes to Clodagh Daly, player and Joe Daly
who play Sligo in Hyde Park on Monday in the Connacht Final.
The under 14 girls are playing the first round of
the Northern League on Thursday in Ardcarne Park.
The under 10/ 8 girls play Boyle away
this week.
The under 19 women play St Faithleach away
on Monday the 23rd August.
Lotto
There was no winner and no match three in this weeks lotto
draw. The numbers drawn were 2, 8, 10, 26. The five lucky dip winners of €20
each are: Tommy Martin, Rachel Guckian, Austin & Eoin Kelly, May Moran,
Dermot & Grace Beggan.
The next draw is on August 22nd and the jackpot is

Sympathies
