Club Notes May 17th 2020
LGFA
The Junior Ladies Fitness
challenge ended in a draw this week, so both teams have to get a 5k run in
by Tuesday evening. Well done to all who are participating each week, it is
great to see the interest and enthusiasm!
Aoife Gallagher was the
winner of the under 12/14/ 16 girls this week. We are in week 7 of
our fitness and skills challenge now. The fitness Challenge has already
been posted to the Junior Ladies WhatsApp group. Each lady must do
the 4 sets of the challenge four times in the week. For under 12, 14 and
16 girls the skills challenge begins Monday, all girls must complete
the weekly skill challenge to be entered into a draw to win a training top so
girls get working on it and post. We need to keep our skills and
fitness up so to be ready to play when Football returns later in the year.
