Club Notes April 19th 2020

 Academy Training Initiative
St Michaels have looked around at the best ways to keep everyone involved in these challenging times and provide some motivation for fitness and skills development for children, To that end we have put together an  8 week programme of training material to be done for 10/15 minutes per day.

It is to be signed off parent / guardian  each day like homework.
At the end of each week we will have a prize selected from those who have completed it.
We have distributed the booklets, if anyone still needs one call Michael Cryan or Kevin Guckian, you can also print out a soft copy which is available to all.

We will have targeted videos also to aid the drills, all you need is a ball and a wall.
Thanks to Louise Moran and Kevin Guckian for putting the booklet together.

We are starting on Monday 20th April for 8 weeks and hope this will provide some encouragement for outdoor fitness and skills in these unique times.
