Our Junior team had a
great win over St Dominic’s in a game that went to the wire on a gusty day in
Ardcarne Park. Well done to the team and their management. They next meet
Castlerea St Kevins at home in Ardcarne Park on Friday evening the 31st
of May at 8pm.
The combined under 14
girls play their semi -final on Sunday at 2pm at home. They play Kilbride. Please
come out and support the girls.
The under 12 girls
had a great win last week over St Ciarans. They play Clann na Gael away on
Sunday next.
St Michaels u12 boys had a good win against Oran last week in the Spring League and are due to play Kilmore away on Monday.
Well done to Andrew Tiernan, Jim Harte and the Roscommon u17s who had a great win against Galway in the Connacht championship but lost out to a strong Mayo team in Ballina on Friday last. They play Leitrim in their next game on Friday evening in Hyde Park.
Well done also to Sean Moran and Bryan OConnor who lined out with Roscommon u15s in the Dermot Earley Connacht tournament last weekend.
Congratulations to all the children who took part in community games at the weekend. They represented their parish with great talent in multiple events and we are very proud of them all.
