Weekly Update

Good luck to Marie Heslin and Dermot Cox who are taking the plunge this week!!!  Their sky dive takes place on  Tuesday September 29th, best of luck to them, the proceeds of the sky dive are being used to defray the debt of the Ardcarne Park Community Centre.  Please support.

Ever wonder what it’s like to play Foot Golf – the world’s fastest growing sport. A Foot Golf Classic in aid of St. Michael’s is taking place in Carrick Golf Club from 3pm to 5.30pm on Sat 3rd Oct. Entry fee is €20 (under-16’s - €10). Great Prizes. Contact Chris on 087 925 7894.

Our U.12's play their Div. Final V Kilbride on Saturday next at 5.30 in Elphin.  Please come out to support the team. 


Our U15/17's are due to take part in the Regional Championships, we are playing with St. Ronans and Boyle with the U.17 due to start this week. Players will be notified by text.

St. Michaels would like to thank Super Value Boyle for the Juvenile Kit oresented to the Club on Friday night last.  Thanks to everyone who supported the Club in this Super Value initiative.

Ladies: The U.14 girls play their semifinal replay against St. Ciarans in Elphin this Tuesday evening at 6.15.  Good luck to the Team and Management. Please support the girls.

The lotto draw took place in Clancys on Sunday last. The no.s drawn were 4, 5, 22 and 29. There was no jackpot winner, match three winner was Carmel Mulvey Swinford, Co. Mayo. The new jackpot is E4,300 and the next draw is in Beirnes of Battlebridge with Gerry MCCabes  team in charge of sales.

Places are still available for Beginners Pilates this Thursday @ 10.50am, 7pm and 8pm in Ardcarne Community Complex, suits all ages, no fitness level needed.  Also Circuit classes availablae @ 10 am this Thursday.  Booking essential as places are limited.  Contact Joanna on 086 1219674.
