The U.16 team played St. Aidan's on Friday evening last in the Co. Semifinal, in what was a hard fought game they eventually lost out 6 11 to 1 14. Well done overall to the lads who showed great spirit and commitment all through the season and to reach the championship semifinal was a great achievement. U.16 Panel are as follows : A. McQuaid, D. Regan, K. McDermott, L. Rowan, E. farrell, M. Doyle, F. O'Dowd, D. O'Hara, O. O'Dowd , S. Blackwell, A. McGlynn, F. Henry.
The U.12's had a great win over Eire Og on Sunday morning last and are now in the Division 2 semifinal against Padraig Pearses.
The Junior team were beaten in the league by a stronger Kilglass side on Sunday with a final score of 6 09 to 2 08.
LADIES: Best of luck to the U.14 team who play Oran in the quarter-final in Oran on Saturday next at 12 . Training continues on Monday and Wednesday evening.
There is a Scor meeting in the Clubhouse on Wednesday evening from 7 to 8pm to discuss entries for Scor na nOg, anyone who is interested please attend.
The next lotto draw takes place in Donnellans, Knockvicar on Sunday next for a jackpot of E1,700.
