The Intermediate Team had a victory over Clan na nGael (B) in Ardcarne Park on Sunday last in the first round of the Championship, final score 12 pts to 10pts to St. Michael's. Their next match is in the league on Sunday next when they play away to Caslterea.
Well done to our U.8's who did so well at the blitz in Eire Og last Saturday. Their next blitz will be on 5th July. Thank you to Eire Og for their hospitality on Saturday, and also to all parents who came along and supported. Training as usual on Friday evening at 6.30.
U.12's beat Castlerea on Sunday and they are due to play the last league game against Elphin this week, parents will be notified by text.
The U.14's lost to St. Croans in the championship first round on Thursday last, they play Roscommon Gaels next at home, time and date to be confirmed.
There will be a Minor Board meeting on Monday 23rd at 9 pm.
Ladies Football: Our U12 girls were defeated by St. Marys on Monday last with a narrow defeat in the League semifinal. The Ladies Co. board are running a Fundamentals Coaching Course in Kilglass Gaels on Saturday 21st from 10 am to 4 pm. Anyone interested should contact Marie McAleer on 087 2361875. Bags of clothes for clothing collection can be dropped in to Clubhouse on Friday evenings from 6.30 or to any club officer.
The lotto draw was held in Donnellans , Knockvicar on Sunday last, there was no jackpot winner. No's drawn were 9, 12, 20 and 23, there were two match 3 no's winners with E50 each Sean Martin and Glen Charles. Next draw on Sunday 29th June in Clancys for a jackpot of E1,100 .
