Weekly Update

Tickets for the 2013 County Board Members Draw are now available from the Club at €100. By supporting this draw you are supporting you Club and County. The draw is on Saturday next, the 15th of June 2013. Shares can be taken in these tickets and there are 20 Prizes in the Draw, with the first prize of € 35,000.00, if interested please contact the Club.

 

The St Michael's Intermediate Team defeated Castlerea St Kevin's in the O Gara Cup League on Saturday last at Ardcarne Park. They play St Dominic's on Friday next, the 14th of June at Knockcroghery at 8.00pm.

 

The St Michael's Junior Team play Kilmore in the Div 4 League Group A in Kilmore on Sunday next at 12.00pm. 

 

The U14 Boys Team were defeated by Kilbride in the U14 Div 3 League on Tuesday last at Ardcarne Park, This week the boys make the return journey to Kilbride on Thursday at 7.00pm. 

 

The U12 Green Team defeated St Aidan's in the round 3 of the U12 Spring League at Ballyforan. They play Castlerea St Kevin's in the Spring League on Saturday next, the 15th of June at Ardcarne Park at 6.30pm. The U12 Red Team play Clann na nGael on Thursday next at Johnstown at 7.00pm. 

 

The U12 Girls Team defeated Oran on Sunday last, the 7th of June at Ardcarne Park in the U12 Div 3 Shield Semi Final on a score line of St Michael's 2-07  Oran 0-02. They now have reached the U12 Girls Div 3 Shield Final, where they will play either Elphlin or Michael Glaveys in the coming weeks. 

 

The Second Round of the U10 Go Games Blitz will take place in Ardcarne Park, on Saturday next, the 15th of June between 11.00am - 1.00pm. Teams in our group are Western Gaels/Ballinameen, Eire Og and Boyle.

  

The Second Round of the U8 Go Games Blitz will take place on Monday the 10th of June at 6.45pm in Ardcarne Park, with games against Western Gaels/Ballinameen, Eire Og and Boyle.  

 

U8 and U10 Girls Blitz starting at the end of June.

 

The St Michael's U12 Boys and U12 Girls Teams welcome teams from St Mary's, Convoy, Co Donegal to Ardcarne Park on Saturday next, the 15th of June for challenge games.

 

Training for U6s, U8s and U10s on Friday next, the 14th of June 2013 at Ardcarne Park from 7.00 to 8.00pm.

 

Training for U12 Boys and U12 and U14 Girls during the week. Coaches will notify.

 

The Lotto draw will be held in Henry's Bar,Cootehall on Sunday next, the 16th of June for a jackpot of € 7,300.00. 

 

The Club would like to extend its condolences to the Henry Family, Cootehall on the death of the late Ruairí Ó Brádaigh (RIP), Roscommon and also to the Mc Hugh Family, Roycroft Park on the death of the late Denis Mc Hugh (RIP),London and also to the Mc Crann Family on the death of the late Amy Taylor (RIP), Cornaglia, Boyle.
