Weekly Update

Since the last edition of Club notes, there has been two Lotto draws
held. The first draw was held in Henry's Bar, Cootehall on Sunday, the
23rd of December 2012, for a jackpot of € 6,100.00. The numbers drawn
were 3, 6, 15, 21. There was no winner, Three match 3 winner, 3 x € 35
winners; Darragh Heslin, Dungloe, Co Donegal, Liam Tolton, Knockvicar,
Robert Doyle, Crossna. The next draw was held in Clancy's Bar, Cleen,
Knockvicar on Sunday, the 6th of January 2013, for a jackpot of €
6,200.00. The Second draw was held in Clancy's Bar, Cleen, Knockvicar
on Sunday last, the 6th of January 2013, for a jackpot of € 6,200.00.
The numbers drawn were 6, 14, 17, 25. There was no winner, Three match
3 winner, 3 x € 35 winners; Tom and Maura Noone, Derrycashel,
Corrigeenroe, Brian Reynolds, Ardcarne, Alison Bushell, Rockingham.
The next draw was held in The Watersplash Bar, Cootehall on Sunday,
the 20th of January 2013, for a jackpot of € 6,300.00.
The St Michael's GAA Minor Club meeting is fixed for Thursday next,
the 10th of January 2013 at Ardcarne Park Sports Complex at 9.00pm
Club membership is now due and must be paid by the 1st of March 2013.
Membership charges for 2013 is as follows: Family membership €60,
Family membership + Annual Lotto subscription €100, Individual
membership €40, Individual membership + Annual Lotto subscription €80,
Juvenile/student membership €20, Juvenile/student membership + Annual
Lotto subscription €60.
A big thank you to all who attended the Table Quiz in aid of both
Cootehall Development Association and St Michael's GAA Club which was
held in Henry's Bar, Cootehall on Saturday Night, the 22nd of December
2012 at 9.30pm. A good night's fun was had by all.
The Club would like to wish a happy new year to all in the Club's
catchment area.
The Club would also like to congratulate Club Footballer Neil Cox, who
married Catriona Leonard on Friday, the 28th of December 2012.
The Club extends its condolences to the Carty Families, Cleen,
Knockvicar on the death of the late Lily Conlon (RIP), Highwood, Co
Sligo, the Flynn Family, Knockvicar on the death of the late Fr
Frankie Flynn (RIP), Floridia, USA, the Kelly Family, Ardcarne on the
death of the late Kitty Ring (RIP), Dublin, the Mc Keon Family,
Ballyarden on the death of the late Ann Mc Evoy (RIP), Strokestown and
the Greene Family Knockacarrow on the death of the late Eamon Greene
(RIP), Longwood, Co Meath.
