Weekly Update

At a well attended St Michael's GAA Minor Club meeting on Monday. the
21st January 2013 at Ardcarne Park Sports Complex, The Club outline
its plans for the year ahead for all underage groups from U18 to U6.
Management team were also selected for the varies age groups on the
night. Coaching Officer Brian Higgins also outline his plans in the
role as coaching officer for the year ahead. The Club would like to
thank all those who attended on the night.
The Lotto draw is in the Mooring's Bar, Knockvicar on Sunday next, the
3rd of February 2013, for a jackpot of € 6,400.00. Annual Lotto
subscription now available at €50. This subscription enter you into
the Twenty Six draws for the year.
The St Michael's GAA Club are holding a 10km fun walk, run and cycle
on Sunday the 17th of February 2013. Commencing at Ardcarne Sports
Complex at 2.30pm. Registration starting at 1.30pm. Fee is €5.00 per
person and U12s free.
Club membership is now due and must be paid by the 1st of March 2013.
A Club registration night will take place on Saturday, the 9th of
February 2013 at the Ardcarne Park Sports Complex between 7.30pm and
9.00pm.
Just a reminder that all underage players this year have to wear mouth
guards. This is compulsory under the rules of the GAA for 2013 from
the age of U18 down. The Club have information on whats available if
contacted.
Good luck to Club Player Mattie Keane and his Colleague's, who is
playing in the Leinster Schools' Ruby Schools Cup with Cistercian
College, Roscrea on Tuesday next, the 29th of January 2013.
The Championship Draws for the Roscommon Intermediate and Junior A
Championships takes place on Tuesday night next. the 29th of January
2013 at 9.00pm live on Shannonside FM.
The Club extends its condolences to the family and relations of the
late Ita Roche (RIP), Ardcarne.
