Weekly Update

The St Michael's Junior Team forfeited the game to Tulsk in the Quarter Final replay of the Div 4 League, northern section on Saturday last. This was due to the U21 Team playing a County U21 Semi Final the next day and the unavailability of our more senior players over last weekend. This ends the season for the Junior Team and the Club would like to thank the players and coaches for their effort in representing the club well during the year.
The St Michael's U21 Team were defeated by neighbours Shannon Gaels on Sunday in the Div 3 U21 Championship Semi Final. Final score St Michael's 1-09 Shannon Gaels 2-08 Thanks to the U21 panel and their coaches for their effort in representing the club.

Well done to our Music Group, our Novelty Act and Quiz Team, who qualified from the first round of Scór na Óg, which took place on Friday and Saturday, the 2nd and 3rd of November 2012 in Kilmurry Community Centre, Tulsk and Dangan Community Centre, Kilmore. They now go on to represent the Club in the county semi finals on Friday and Saturday, the 23th and 24th of November 2012. Hard luck and well done to our other Quiz Team of Myriam Daly, Fiachra Henry and Katie Corcoran, who preformed very well on the night and were unfortunate not to qualify for the Scór na Óg semi finals. The Club would like to thank all involved.
