St
Michael’s offers support during Covid-19 outbreak
We expect that some, or many, in our community may wish to
avoid towns, or may have to self-isolate or cocoon over the coming weeks in
response to the Covid-19 outbreak and that this will create difficulties for
them.
We want you to know that members of St Michael’s GAA Club
are ready, willing and able to provide a helping hand if you need it. Whether
it’s the collection and delivery of groceries / prescriptions / fuel etc, or
some other chore, or simply a daily chat to ease the boredom of isolation,
volunteers from St Michael’s are available to assist.
If you need help, please don’t hesitate to call one of our
area leaders below, each of whom is supported by a small army of club members.
Together, we are stronger and can overcome this difficulty.

Closure of Pitch & Gym
The GAA Injury
Benefit Fund and Public Liability insurance cover is suspended, in respect of
any playing/training activity undertaken by GAA Clubs or its members or
undertaken on Club property.
In light of
this it is necessary to CLOSE grounds and facilities including gym to everyone
until the situation is reassessed.
