Weekly Update

The Intermediate Team had a great win over St. Barry's in the Intermediate League Relegation play off in Termonbarry on Sunday last ensuring their position in the Tansey Cup league for 2016.  Well done to the team and management.


Well done and hard luck to the Scor na nOg  instrumental music group who competed in the Co. Final on Sunday last.  A big thank you to all the group and especially their mentor Brenda Sweeney for all her time and hard work coaching the group.


The Fuel draw is in full swing at the moment and the trailer load of timber has been in numerous locations over the past week and is coming to a location near you soon !!! Tickets are available in local outlets and through all club member, don't forget the first prize is a Luxury Cruise on the Shannon, compliments of Carrick Craft.   There is a new edition of cards available remembering teams and personalities from the 50's to the 80's.  For further details contact 086 2397999.


The Lotto took place in Tara Marina on Sunday night last.  There was no jackpot winner, match three winner Thomas Morahan, Cootehall.  Next draw is in The Moorings for a new lotto jackpot of E4, 700 with Eddie Heslin's team in charge of ticket sales.
