The U.14/15 boys and girls had a very enjoyable trip to St. Marys Convoy, Co. Donegal on Saturday last. A special thank you to former club player Conor McDermott for facilitating the visit and to the parents and the 36 players who travelled.
LADIES: The U.14 girls had a busy week, they were narrowly defeated by Strokestown on Sunday evening and had a good win over St. Ciarans on Thursday evening. They were due to play Western Gaels on Monday 31st in Frenchpark.
The lotto draw took place in Henrys on Sunday last. There was no jackpot winner , five E20 winners were Gemma and Daniel Griffin,Alan O'Hara, Colin McDermott, Padraig Harte and Roger Hannilan. The new jackpot is E4,100 and the next draw is in Tara Marina on 13th September with Anne Cox's team in charge of ticket sales.
We had two E500 ticket winners in the Club Rossie Draw held on Friday last, well done to Micheal Mullaney and Gerry McCabe.
The St. Michaels clothes collection is ongoing and any bags of unwanted clothes or shoes can be dropped at the complex.
