Weekly Update

The St Michael's Intermediate Team were defeated by Fuerty in the O Gara Cup League on Wednesday last, the 24th of July 2013 in Fuerty. They play against Padraig Pearses on Tuesday next, the 30th of July 2013 in the last round of the O Gara Cup in Woodmount at 8.00pm. The U14 Boys Team were defeated by St Croan's on Thursday last, the 25th of July 2013 at Ardcarne Park in the Div 3 U14 Championship. Training for U6s, U8s and U10s on Friday next, the 2nd of August 2013 at Ardcarne Park from 6.30pm to 8.00pm. Training for U21, U18, U16, U14, U12 Boys and U12 and U14 Girls during the week. Coaches will notify. The Lotto draw was held in Mooring's Bar, Knockvicar on Sunday last, the 28th of July 2013, for a jackpot of € 7,600.00. The numbers drawn were 1, 5, 12, 23. There was no Jackpot winner. Three match 3 winners, € 35.00 each, Conor Malone, The Moorings, Knockvicar, Michael Regan, Derreenine and Padraig Mc Kiernan, Derreenasoo. The next draw is in the Watersplash Bar, Cootehall on Sunday, the 11th of August 2013 for a Jackpot of € 7,700.00 Tickets are now available from the Club, for the Roscommon Race Day. The Race Day on Tuesday, August the 6th 2013 at Roscommon Race Course. First Race at 5.30pm and the Last Race is at 8.45pm. St Michael's GAA Club have 40 tickets to sell for the event. Tickets cost €25 each. Tickets covers; Admission to Racecourse, Free Race Card, Free Betting Voucher and lots more. Entertainment and Food is provided in Private Bar afterwards. This is the Roscommon County GAA Board Gathering event. The Club would like to extends its condolences to the family and relations, on the death of the late Luke Doyle (RIP), formally from Cootehall. The St Michael's U10 Team had a good work out against Boyle during the week. T he Club would like to thank Boyle for their hospitality.
