Weekly Update

The Junior Team were defeated by St Croan's  in the Div 4 League on Saturday last, the 14th of July 2012 at Ardcarne Park. The Intermediate Team play St Dominic's on Wednesday next, the 18th of July 2012 in the O Gara Cup League at 8.00pm in Ardcarne Park.
On Sunday next, the 22nd of July 2012, All roads lead to Roscommon as our Junior Team play their First Round Championship Game in the Junior A Championship against Roscommon Gaels in Dr Hyde Park, Roscommon at 5.00pm. 
The U14 Team play St Barry's  in their first game of the Div 4 Championship on Thursday next, the 19th of July 2012 in Tarmonbarry at 7.30pm. Please support all our Teams.
Training continues for Intermediate, Junior, Minors, U16s, U14s and U12 Boys during the week. Training for U10s, U8s and U6s on Friday next, the 20th of July 2012 at 7.00pm.
The Lotto draw is in The Watersplash Bar, Cootehall, on Sunday next, the 22nd of July 2012, for a jackpot of €5,000.00.
Preparations are now again in place for the St Michael's GAA Club Minor Board GAA Cúl Camp for Children aged between 6 - 12 years, which takes place on Friday, 20th of July 2012 between 5.00pm - 8.00pm and Saturday, 21st of July 2012 between 10.00am - 2.00pm at Ardcarne Park. The Camp will include skills and blitz games for Girls and Boys.
The Second Draw of the Roscommon 2012 County Board Members Draw took place at half time in the match between Roscommon and Tyrone on Saturday last, the 14th July 2012. There was no Club winners in the second draw, one draw still to come.
Tickets are now available from the Club, for the Club Ros Comain Race Day, which will be held at Roscommon Race Course on Tuesday the 7th of August 2012. Any one interest in going can contact any Club Officer.

Congratulations to the Roscommon Minor Team who defeated Mayo in the Connacht Minor Football Championship Final on Sunday last, the 15th of July 2012 in Dr Hyde Park, Roscommon.
Congratulations to Aisling Bruen, who represented her School and Club in the Cumann na mBunscol at the Connacht Finals on Sunday last in Dr Hyde Park, Roscommon.
Good Luck to Sorcha Bruen, who is part of the Roscommon Minor Ladies Team, who play Cavan in the All Ireland B Semi Final on Saturday next, the 21st of July 2012 in Ballinamore at 1.00pm.  
The Club extends its condolences to the Whyte Family, Emlagh on the death of the late Billy Whyte (RIP), Carrick on Shannon and to the Mc Hugh Family, Roycroftspark on the death of the late Ann Raftery (RIP), Castlerea.
